Welcome to Greenzy Sales Store’s FAQ section! We’ve compiled answers to common questions about our premium plants, delivery service, and gardening support. Whether you’re planting fruit trees in France or ornamental shrubs in Ontario, we’re here to help your garden thrive.
About Our Products
What types of plants does Greenzy specialise in?
We offer a carefully curated selection of premium plants including fruit trees (Apple, Apricot, Citrus), ornamental trees (Birch, Cherry Blossom), flowering perennials (Agapanthus, Delphinium), shrubs (Ceanothus, Escallonia), and berry plants (Blueberry, Blackberry). Our collection balances beauty and practicality for gardeners of all levels.
How do you ensure plant quality during shipping?
Our climate-conscious packaging is specially designed for each plant type. Bare-root trees are packed with moisture-retaining materials, while potted plants like Agapanthus receive extra root protection. All shipments include our detailed care instructions to help your plants recover from transit.
Pro Tip: Some perennials like Echinacea may appear wilted after shipping – this is normal! Follow our included recovery instructions and they’ll bounce back beautifully within a few days.

What payment methods do you accept?

What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable services:

Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally except to some Asian destinations and remote locations due to agricultural restrictions. Our checkout system will automatically notify you if we cannot deliver to your address. For specific inquiries, please email us before ordering.
How long does order processing take?
All orders require 1-2 business days for our horticultural team to carefully prepare your plants, conduct quality checks, and package them with seasonally appropriate materials. You’ll receive tracking information once dispatched.
Seasonal Note: Our packaging methods change with the seasons – bare root trees ship differently in winter than potted Dahlias in summer!
Returns & Guarantees
What if my plants arrive damaged?
Contact [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the plant or refund you according to your preference. Our guarantee covers transit damage but not planting errors – follow our care instructions carefully.
Can I return plants that don’t suit my garden?
Due to biosecurity regulations, we cannot accept returns of live plants unless they arrive damaged. We provide detailed descriptions and growing requirements for each plant to help you make informed choices. Our team is also happy to offer planting advice before you order.
Plant Care Support
Where can I find care instructions for my plants?
Each shipment includes species-specific care instructions. You’ll also find planting guides for all our varieties on our website. For personalised advice, email our gardening team with your plant’s name and local conditions.
My plant isn’t thriving – what should I do?
Many plants experience temporary transplant shock. First, ensure you’re following our acclimatisation advice: 1-2 days in partial shade before permanent planting. If problems persist after 3 weeks, contact us with details and photos – we’ll help diagnose the issue.
Remember: Schedule deliveries when you’ll be available to unpack. Most plants benefit from immediate attention after their journey!
