Our Returns & Exchanges Promise

We want every plant – from delicate Anemones to robust Birch Trees – to thrive in your garden. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your plants.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for healthy plants that have been correctly delivered. This includes all live plants such as Apple Trees, Citrus Trees, and Bamboo. Returns are only accepted for damaged, diseased, or incorrectly shipped items.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Package carefully: For plants that can be returned, package them securely with original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship back: Send the package to our nursery at 21 Paradise St, Liverpool, GB L7P 6VZ using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once the return is received

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our plants and customers, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Healthy, correctly delivered live plants (including trees, shrubs, and perennials)
  • Plants that have been planted or improperly cared for after delivery
  • Personalized items
  • Final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Apple Trees or Dahlias arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for replacement or refund
