Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
We understand that sometimes plants don’t arrive in perfect condition – that’s why we offer a 15-day return window for damaged, diseased, or incorrectly shipped items. However, due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for healthy plants that have been correctly delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect both our plants and customers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Healthy, correctly delivered live plants (including all trees, shrubs, and perennials)
- Plants that have been planted or improperly cared for after delivery
- Personalized items
- Final sale items
This policy applies to all our plants including Cherry Blossom Trees, Blueberry Plants, Apple Trees, Citrus Trees, and Bamboo.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps if your Dahlias arrive damaged or you received the wrong Agapanthus:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
- Package Carefully: For returnable plants, use original packaging if possible and secure them properly.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once the return is received

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Apple Trees arrive damaged or you received the wrong variety of Delphinium:
